If your wondering why this site hasn't been updated for so long. Well first and foremost these pop ups are retarded and drive me insane. When I originally made this site they didn't map any add pop ups..Now theres like 3 per page, really annoying. Secondly because the web hosting platform is so god damned slow. Takes long enough to bring the site up on broadband let alone 56k let alone actually uploading anything. Thridly the tools they have for these things suck, you can't ftp to it..theres no unix shell do have any site wide editing ability, and the file management thing is shit, not as shit as it first was, but still shit. Lastly of course and the only reason I put up with all the crappy things, because I completed my mission of making a pretty website with notepad. The worst part is I can't have the damned site back. You can upload an entire site to the server, hell you can copy a remote site to the server, but do you think you can copy your site off the server, noooooo. Not with doing each individual file. Yay for freeservers..not. The next time I try webpage design I'll use a more local host and put much more effort into it. With a new job I might be getting I'm gonna need to know heaps about scripting and isp view of web hosting. They would be cool. But definatly won't be hosting it on a place like this.
